Appearance: Remus is handsome, in his own way. He isn't flat out 'hot' like most girls think of his friends Sirius and James, he's not that kind of guy. He has sandy blond hair, that he grows long before his mother makes him cut it. He does this so he can't see the mischief Sirius and James get into while he is reading. His hair gets in the way of his hazel eyes. Remus is taller then Peter (by a lot) but shorter then James and Sirius, just pushing 6 foot.

History

Childhood:

Remus was born with a twin brother, Romulus, who died at just 5 weeks old. His parents, who had once been very easy, happy people, became a little... odd. They loved their son, but the love was riddled with doubt and pain. When Remus was mauled by Fenrir Greyback when he was 6, John attempted suicide before his wife stopped him. The parents supported Remus and his lycanthorpy, not abusing him, but not pampering him either. All Remus wanted was to go to Hogwarts, to prove that he could be a normal son. When he did get to Hogwarts he met a bunch of people. Friends. For the first time, Remus had friends. He decided quickly that he could be at Hogwarts and not be normal at the same time. James wasn't normal, Sirius wasn't normal, Peter CERTAINLY wasn't normal. He didn't have to be. By second year the secret lay so heavily on his heart he nearly went mad. He didn't want to lost the only friendships he'd ever had. But his friends figured it out. The two boys labeled 'under achiever' by every teacher in the school had figured it out. And the best thing? They didn't even care. And then they found out how to help him. Krysta Hedwig was a Slytherin, a year younger then them... and she just happened to be an animagus. When his friends became the Marauders he didn't really care what his parents thought. He was happy right then and there.

Personality:

Remus is often picked out to be the softest Marauder, not partaking in the usual bullying. However, that's because not many people know his secret. Remus usually laughs at it now, especially when James calls it his 'furry little problem.' However deep down he knows he's dangerous, knows he'll be branded, never get a good job, never have a family... but Remus doesn't dwell on the past or dream of the future. This marauder's in the here and now.
